Training Approach
What makes Sonovi different from a typical gym?
Most gyms focus on intensity and volume. Sonovi focuses on sustainability. Training is adjusted based on recovery, stress, and capacity so progress can continue without burnout or constant setbacks.
What does “nervous system–based” training mean?
It means training is guided by how your body is responding rather than forcing a preset plan. Load, volume, pace, and rest are adjusted to support consistent progress.
Will training still be challenging?
Yes. Training is progressive and demanding, but intelligently so. The goal is to challenge you without overwhelming your system.
